The molds are then sealed and vacuumed to spread the latex evenly throughout the whole mold. The mold is then frozen to -20F which locks the latex particles in place.

Carbon dioxide is then introduced to gel the foam and the mold is then heated to 220F. This  cures the mattress.

The mattress is then removed from the mold and washed up to five times to remove any residual soaps and curing agents.

Finally the latex is dried which completes the curing process.

The end result is a supportive latex that moulds to your body and yet returns to it’s original shape just like memory foam. These latex mattress are famed for their breathable nature.
